Managing Partner @cavsdanFounder & Chairman of Quicken Loans, majority owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, investor in too many businesses to list, and all around deranged super-genius. The wizard behind the curtain. Curious, big-thinker, digs comic sans font and hair product.
Ted Serbinski
Co-founder ParentsClick, acquired by Lifetime Television. Previously, lead open source developer for Drupal. Cornell Engineering alum. Tech pioneer that relocated from San Francisco to Detroit to lead the startup renaissance.

Spent five years as one of “The Bobs“, developing sales and marketing strategies for Fortune 500 clients. Now focused on DVP’s fund management, finances, and administration. AssociateCurrently focuses on vetting new investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management. Previously worked at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and Pathway Capital Management. Southern California native and USC alum. Passion for fashion and dessert fiend. Excited to participate in the revitalization of Detroit.
Armando Ochoa
AnalystUniversity of Florida alum and Venture For America fellow. Divides time between fund management and due diligence. Former investment banking intern at JP Morgan and aspiring entrepreneur. Misses flip flops and the beach.
Colleen Geyer
Recruiter LinkedInWith a passion for matching folks to a great career and a belief in a delightful user experience, Colleen spearheads the recruitment portfolio service for Detroit Venture Partners’ family of companies. She’s got a “tell it like it is” approach, which makes her a reliable and trustworthy colleague and friend. Fond of Tigers baseball, always a Chippewa and hopelessly addicted to prime time TV dramas, laugh-out-loud comedy shows and crime-solving capers.

Graphic DesignerAlex joined DVP's portfolio services as a graphic designer in summer of 2013, and works with DVP companies to develop their aesthetic and brand. Believes in design as a means of solving problems. U of M Stamps A & D grad, Silicon Valley native, closet watches championship bullriding.

Catalyst @leahemossScheduling maven, events planner, and unofficial office mom at DVP. 5-foot-0 Taurus with a sweet tooth and magazine-reading addiction, especially since founding a local men’s leisure publication. Sharon Shebib
Catalyst @sharonshebibHigh energy, 4 foot 11 inches scheduling whiz. Sharon coordinates and manages events and logistics at DVP and our M@dison office. She can complete a Rubik’s cube in under a minute whilst expertly getting everything done! Prior to DVP she earned a BA in Marketing from MSU in 2012 and is a diehard Spartan. Loves Detroit and does yoga in her spare time!
